Generally an all purpose bass that is well suited to jazz-rock. The Ansir Prestige has a Maple body with a patented Padouk tone cube back. The neck is Padouk back with an Ebony fret board. The wood is a combination of electronics and hardware and produces a great tone. 

This bass also has a contour which carves away a portion of the bottom to accommodate slap playing. The top contour reduces arm drag and also adds a carved in thumb rest.
